Our 'Breathe for Birth' course is designed for anyone interested in childbirth education. Whether you're a healthcare professional, a doula, or simply someone passionate about empowering birthing individuals, this course is for you.

Our course covers a wide range of topics, including the physiology of birth, the role of breath and breathing techniques. You'll also learn how to teach these techniques to others.

You will learn how to create and hold a beautiful women's circle that is safe, non judgmental and empowering for all involved. You will learn how to create and positive anchors and affirmations and understand the science behind how they work.

You will have the knowledge and content to host a 6 week pregnancy womens circle.

AND and added bonus of some training about the fourth trimester and content to host and extra session for the fourth trimester.

This course is a beautiful blend of science and spirit. The preparation isn't simply focused on the moment of birth it is about the whole journey as a woman transitions from maiden to mother. 

By completing this course, you'll gain a deep understanding of the role of breath in childbirth. You'll be equipped with the knowledge and skills to guide others through their birthing journey, making a real difference in their lives.

It is 2 fold really and it isn't only about the incredible transformation you get to support your future clients through ... it also about your personal growth and transformation.
