Most antenatal classes focus on the physical aspects of birth—what happens to the body, the stages of labour, positions, and hospital protocols. While that knowledge is important, it often leaves out the deeper layers of preparation. Without emotional, mental, and spiritual support, no amount of physical information alone will support you to create a calm, confident birthing experience.
